Greetings Troopers! November is our month of Fermentation, beginning with Homebrewing 101. If you are curious about brewing, or looking to move into the beer industry, this is the perfect hands-on experience to see if it is your calling.

The class will be taught by John Allison of Last Stand Brewing Company, a very talented brewer in the game. Bring a pad of paper and pen to take notes, as this will take 4 hours to complete the brew.
